Your name, your email address, and your answers to the questionnaire, including any later check-ins. This is needed to prepare the document and give you access via your personal link.
Nobody reads your individual answers. They are only processed to prepare the joint document. That final document is visible to all participants of the conversation via their own personal link.
Your answers are processed via the Anthropic Claude API to prepare the document. Anthropic is a US company, which means this processing partly takes place outside the European Union. Your data is otherwise stored with Supabase, with servers within the European Union. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and emails are sent via Resend. We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your session and document are kept for as long as you wish, so that you can add check-ins later. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected, or have it deleted entirely. To do so, send an email to middlepoint@zohomail.eu.
We use Google Analytics to anonymously track how the website is used, so that we can improve it. This is done via cookies. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell this data.
