No. There is no feature that lets us view users' documents. That is not part of how the service works.

Once everyone has submitted their questionnaire, Middlepoint usually prepares the document within a few minutes, slightly longer with more than two participants. You automatically receive an email as soon as it is ready.

Yes. As a therapist, HR manager, teacher or other facilitator you can start a conversation between two other people without filling in your own side of the story. You indicate that when you start the conversation; both parties then fill in their own questionnaire, and you receive the joint document as soon as it is ready. More about this on the page for professionals.
An ordinary chat only reflects your side back to you, because it hears only one side of the story. That makes the difference between advice based on your view of the situation and an overview based on what is really going on on both sides.
No. Middlepoint is an accessible first step that helps you understand each other better, not a replacement for professional therapy.
After final submission you can no longer change your answers. You can fill in the follow-up document later to add an up-to-date picture.
Via 'My conversations' you fill in a follow-up document once per conversation, whenever it suits you. You see the tips, questions and phrases from your first document again, indicate what was used and what changed, and add what is new. As soon as both of you submit it, a new, updated version is created.
